How to measure your Doublet or Jacket:

All measures to be taken over shirt. When measuring Waist Length (1-2), put on waistbelt, ensure that it rests on top of haunch bone and is parallel to the ground.

  • Waist length. From collar base (1) to bottom of waistbelt (2)
  • Half-width of back. From centre back (3) to (4)
  • Continue to point of elbow (3) to (4) to (5)
  • Continue beyond wrist bone (3) to (4) to (5) to (6)
  • Around chest, over shirt (7)
  • Waist, over shirt, remove waistbelt (8)
